Congregation Camps

-
Bring your church friends with you for a week or weekend to experience Pilgrim Point!

.

Congregations are invited to sponsor a week or weekend at Pilgrim Point. We provide twice daily all-camp cross-generational programs, worship support for the Vesper’s leadership (done once a day as all-camp), amazing meals & hospitality, and you will still have plenty of time for relaxing, playing at the beach or ball field and creating your own experiences!

..

RESERVATIONS FOR FIRST TIME CHURCHES OPEN!!

.

Download the Reservation Form and then GET TO THE POINT!

On the back you can find procedures on how to make a successful reservation. Please read through this carefully before submitting your application. Contact Zac (zacn@uccmn.org) for available weekend dates or questions.

This year we’re introducing a tier-scale payment system for congregation camps.

The 2013 building rate fees are based on a tier-scale with the lowest rate being offset by approximately 50%, and the highest rate offset by 30% thanks to Friends of Pilgrim Point contributions and the Ashley Endowment. This is in an attempt to make camp most accessible for all congregations. When filling out your reservation, please choose the payment level that fits for your congregation best.

Within 3 weeks after your deposit is received, I will send you a Use Agreement and Registration Form for camp participants to be used for your congregation camp (custom-made for each church). I will also send you the Pilgrim Point Camp Policies and Procedures for your reference. We’ll need to receive your signed Use Agreement and a Certificate of Insurance (Proof of Liability Insurance) within 45 days of receipt.

Here’s a list of all currently available weekend dates (as of 3/4/2013):

  • July 12-14, 2013 (Available: Lodge & Campgrounds)
  • July 26-28, 2013 (Available: Annex & POEM Cabins)
